Marietta Dantonio-Fryer is an artist, art educator, healing arts and art therapy interventionist and a community outreach project organizer with more than 30 years of professional exprience. Professor Dantonio-Fryer's artwork has been displayed in exhibits around the world. Her community outreach programs and healing arts projects are well known and have been displayed throughout the United States.

           - Through the efforts of her non-profit organization Totem Rhythms,
              Professor Dantonio-Fryer along with other members of Totem Rhythms
              have created more than 20 totem poles in an effort to maintain the
              culture and heritage of Native American peoples.

           - Working with various agencies and organizations, Marietta Dantonio-Fryer
              has created to date, 28 murals as part of her community programs and               and community outreach work using healing arts as a therapy tool to heal
              broken lives. Created on a grand scale, some of the murals have reached sizes
              of twenty-four feet wide and eight feet tall. Many of the murals hang in
              the prisons and correctional facilities where Marietta worked directly with
              both male and female prisoners, juvinile and adult alike, some suffering
              from HIV AIDS

             diabetes where the mural "Triptych" was created and later displayed at
